نحن نحرص على تقديم تجربة تسوق مميزة، آمنة، وسلسة لجميع عملائنا. لذلك نرجو منك قراءة الشروط والأحكام التالية بعناية قبل إتمام عملية الشراء، حيث يُعد تقديم الطلب موافقة كاملة على جميع البنود المذكورة أدناه.

تحتفظ الشركة بحق تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت بما يتوافق مع سياسات التشغيل وتحسين تجربة العملاء، دون التأثير على الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها مسبقًا.
2. الطلبات وتأكيد الشراء
2.1 تقديم الطلب
يمكنك تصفح المنتجات وإضافتها إلى سلة التسوق، ثم استكمال خطوات الشراء وإدخال بيانات الشحن والتواصل.
قبل تأكيد الطلب، يمكنك مراجعة جميع البيانات وتعديلها لضمان صحة المعلومات.
2.2 تأكيد الطلب
بعد إتمام الطلب، سيقوم فريق خدمة العملاء بالتواصل معك لتأكيد الطلب وبيانات الشحن.
2.3 قبول الطلب
يُعتبر الطلب مؤكدًا فقط بعد التواصل مع العميل وتأكيد توفر المنتج وإجراءات الشحن.
تحتفظ الشركة بحق الاعتذار عن تنفيذ أي طلب في الحالات التالية:
نفاد المخزون
وجود خطأ في التسعير أو البيانات
تعذر الوصول للعميل لتأكيد الطلب
أي ظروف تشغيلية خارجة عن الإرادة
3. الأسعار وطرق الدفع
3.1 الأسعار
جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع بالجنيه المصري وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة إن وجدت.
3.2 تعديل الأسعار
قد يتم تحديث الأسعار أو العروض في أي وقت، ولن يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها مسبقًا.
3.3 طرق الدفع
نوفر وسائل دفع آمنة ومتعددة لتسهيل عملية الشراء، وتشمل:
الدفع عند الاستلام أو الدفع الإلكتروني (إن توفر)
4. الشحن والتوصيل
4.1 مدة التوصيل
يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال مدة تتراوح من 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل، وقد تختلف المدة حسب المحافظة أو شركة الشحن.
4.2 عنوان التوصيل
يرجى التأكد من صحة بيانات وعنوان الشحن لتجنب أي تأخير في التسليم.
4.3 استلام الطلب
قد يُطلب توقيع العميل عند الاستلام كإثبات لإتمام عملية التسليم بنجاح.
4.4 مسؤولية الشحن
بمجرد استلام الطلب، تصبح المنتجات تحت مسؤولية العميل، باستثناء الحالات التي يتم فيها إثبات وجود تلف أو خطأ أثناء الشحن.
5. سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
نسعى دائمًا لضمان رضا عملائنا وجودة منتجاتنا.
5.1 مدة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
يمكن طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام وفقًا للشروط الموضحة أدناه.
5.2 شروط قبول الاسترجاع
يشترط لقبول طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال:
أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم و في حالته الأصلية
داخل العبوة الأصلية و غير مفتوح أو تالف
5.3 المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع
لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال الزيوت العطرية أو المنتجات التي تم فتحها حفاظًا على الجودة والسلامة الصحية.
5.4 المنتجات التالفة أو غير المطابقة
في حال استلام منتج تالف أو غير مطابق للطلب، يُرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور واضحة للحالة، وسيتم مراجعة الطلب واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.
5.5 رسوم الشحن
قد يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن الخاصة بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال في الحالات التي لا يكون فيها المنتج به عيب أو خطأ من الشركة.
6. الضمان وجودة المنتجات
نحرص على تقديم منتجات عالية الجودة مطابقة للمواصفات المعتمدة.
وفي حال وجود أي مشكلة مصنعية مثبتة، سيتم التعامل معها وفقًا لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع المعتمدة.
7. الخصوصية وحماية البيانات
نلتزم بالحفاظ على خصوصية جميع بيانات العملاء وعدم مشاركتها مع أي طرف ثالث خارج نطاق تشغيل الطلبات وتحسين الخدمة، وذلك بما يتوافق مع القوانين المعمول بها.

2) Product availability and orders:
2.1 How to Place an Order?

At this stage, you can still review and edit your order before finalizing it. After reviewing your order, simply click "Place Order" on the checkout page. Your order will then be successfully placed, and you can expect it to arrive within 5 working days.
2.3 The order only applies to the products that we have confirmed sent; we are not required to send any other products included in your order until their dispatch has been confirmed.
2.4 We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or anyone else if we do.
2.5 Due to high demand at certain times, some items in your order may be out of stock. If any items are unavailable, we may be unable to fulfill your order in its entirety. However, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue and ensure your complete satisfaction.
3- Shipping Policy
3.1 In most cases, we will deliver all products in your purchase in a single shipment to the address mentioned in your contact details.
3.2 Please review the delivery information for more details about the different delivery options available for your order.
3.3 Items from the same order cannot be delivered to separate addresses.
3.4 A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm that you have received all your items.
4) Limitation of Liability
4.1 Once your shipment is delivered, the products are considered to be in your care. However, if any issues occur, such as defects or damage due to incorrect delivery, we are committed to resolving them to your satisfaction.
4.4.2 Ownership of the products will transfer to you upon safe delivery, and once full payment (including shipping fees) has been received.
5) Price and Promotions
5.1 All prices are listed on our website.
5.2 In case of price change, orders that have already been confirmed will remain unaffected by these changes.
5.3 Given the wide range of products on our website, occasional pricing errors may occur. Once any discrepancies are identified, they will be promptly corrected.
5.4 If the actual price of a product differs from the price displayed on our website, we will reach out to you for approval before processing the order, or we may cancel the order and provide you with the necessary explanation.
6) Refund & Exchange Policy
6.1 You have the right to cancel your order, or any part of it, at any time before delivery and within 30 days of receiving the products. To do so, follow the return instructions outlined below.
6.2 If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
6.3 This guarantee applies only if the product remains sealed, in its original packaging, and has not been used.
6.4 The Return & Exchange policy does not apply to essential oils.
6.5 You have the right to an exchange or refund if the product is damaged, defective, or doesn’t match your order, as required by law.

7.1 If one or more of these Terms & Conditions are found to be void, unlawful, or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions will continue to be fully enforceable.
