We're looking for an experienced Customer Care Manager to lead our customer experience operations and ensure exceptional service across all customer touch points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Telesales Team, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are achieved.
- Supervise the After-Sales Team to guarantee outstanding customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Oversee the Maintenance Team, ensuring timely scheduling, follow-up, and completion of maintenance requests.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Monitor team performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Operations, and other departments to maintain smooth workflows.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Care Management.
- Previous experience managing Telesales, After-Sales, and Maintenance teams is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple teams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
